Students donate $400,000 for new Scarborough College Library

Librarian John Ball accepts a $400,000 donation from Scarborough College students for the construction of the new V.W. Bladen Library. Cheque dated January 15, 1979. Photograph is yellowing, scratched, has surface residue, and has adhesive residue on the verso, causing delamination.
